21st Century Home Health Services is a bay area company that proudly provides professional and paraprofessional services to clients in their homes assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their day-to-day self-care activities. 21st Century HHS management celebrates and recognizes the hard work of their personnel, partner and vendors with an annual end of the year /holiday gala. This year the they were looking for something unique and gave us a call to see if we were up to the challenge to put together their holiday gala in just under 2 months! The client was in the middle of negotiations on the location, but no other vendors were yet booked. We rolled up our sleeves and got go planning. First, we visited the venue with our Lighting and Decor team - to see what would be possible to do with the space. We envisioned a lounge/club like setting - with laser beams, lounge furniture, passed hd, and cool DJ. Our walk-through revealed some restrictions with the A/V and decor that we were allowed to bring in, so we had to adjust the plans without compromising the vision too much. After weeks of planning, contract pulling and reviewing, vendor coordination, and schedule adjustments, the plan started to come together. We gathered an amazing team to make the evening truly unforgettable for the company's management and the guests. We have fully draped the grand ballroom and brought in custom crystal chandeliers, special effect lighting, LED panels; we rented modern furniture and arranged it around 16' round LED bar in the center of which we custom built a grand 16' tall curtly willow 'tree of life' that spanned 5' in each direction above the bar; Our DJ brought in state of the art sound system and spun beats that pleased every single attendee - the guests danced to Latin, Bollywood, hip hop and country; there was even a little lesson on line dancing as well! In the pre-function - our amazing Jazz band welcomed the guests as they arrived with some holiday songs, bossa nova and other crowd favorites. We brought in digital cartoon artists to offer something different for the guests to enjoy and oh boy, did they! Our 360 booth with the custom 25' company logo backdrop was a huge hit through the night! The cherry on the cake was our doughnut bar we opened at the end of the night - it was gone in a blink - note to self - double the order next time! We had a blast planning this event and judging by the comments from the guests - the party exceeded all of their expectations! We wish 21st Century Home Health Services to grow and flourish and we look forward to working with you again!
