Lema and Sean's wedding was one of our favorites this year! Young, fun and gorgeous, this couple wanted to have a great party but also bring a touch of their heritage to the celebration. We worked very closely together for nearly a year and they completely trusted in our abilities to work with their budget and really listened to our every advise. Together we pull off a platinum wedding of their dreams! The day started with the "getting ready session" at the iconic Fairmont hotel and an amazing photo shoot around the city finishing off at the modern sculptured staircase near Bently Reserve where the festivities were to be held. Complete with the lavish sofrey (a transition middle-eastern wedding ceremony platform) adorned in a sea of flowers, and a petal lined 40' aisle, the ceremony was beautiful and very emotional. As the guests enjoyed cocktails our team did an incredible job transforming the space in under the budgeted time - allowing the couple to really take all the beauty before the guests were invited in. The reception followed with traditional and incredibly tasty Afghani buffet, transitional dancing, and a knife dance before the cutting of our amazing 5 tier cake. The day was fun, gorgeous, and simply perfect - exactly what Lema and Sean had envisioned their wedding day to be! We wish Lema and Sean an amazing life together!
