While it rained the day before, we couldn't have asked for better weather on the wedding day! The morning was relaxed, as the whole family gathered in the huge hotel suite to witness Kathy & Tyler's first look and a short but very sweet Chinese Tea Ceremony to honor Kathy's parents and her heritage. The bridal party then moved to Bridges Golf Club, where Kathy and Tyler chose to host their western ceremony and reception. After a beautiful and intimate ceremony by a giant fireplace the guests enjoyed cocktails on the patio with an amazing view of green and hills. Kathy wanted to carry "a touch of Asia" theme through the entire decor - from table settings and flowers, to message in a bottle that were tied with special red string and fortune cookies for guests as favors. We used roses and a few other seasonal flowers in several shades of red and a touch of cream in creating 2 types of stunning floral centerpieces. We added a ton of flickering candles for warmth and ambiance. The couple couldn't have been pleased with how everything came together - the whole day indeed was amazing and a lot of fun!
